No Sweat Intro (Nov 17, 2024 - Nov 23, 2024)
A "No Sweat Intro" is a brief meeting designed to introduce potential members to the facility and its offerings without any strenuous physical activity involved. During this session, a gym representative discusses the individual's fitness goals, health history, and any specific concerns they may have. The primary goal of a No Sweat Intro is to help the person feel comfortable and informed before making a decision about joining the gym.
